Refunds

If your payment succeeded and no tile ever appeared, and we cannot make it appear, you get a full refund. That is a failure to deliver and it is on us.

Email us first. Most of the time a missing tile is a delayed confirmation and we can place it within minutes, in which case the payment stands because the thing you paid for now exists.

We do not refund because your rank fell. Rank falling is the product working exactly as described: anyone can outpay you at any moment, and that is stated on the board, in the rules, and before you pay.

We do not refund because your tile got smaller. Every new tile takes its share of the board from the tiles already on it. That is the whole idea.

We do not refund because the board sent less traffic than you hoped. No amount of traffic, clicks, rank, or attention is promised anywhere, and none is owed.

We do not refund because you changed your mind, because the link was wrong, or because you meant to bid a different amount. Check before you pay.

We do not refund a tile removed for breaking the rules.

There is no trial, no cooling off period, and no partial refund for a tile you no longer want on the board.

We may remove any tile at any time, and removal is at our discretion. A tile removed for breaking the rules is not refunded.

If we remove a tile for our own reasons, where you did nothing wrong and we are not willing to put it back, that falls under the exception above and is refunded in full.

Email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A tile under dispute comes off the board while the dispute is open, and goes back if it resolves in our favour.

Opening a dispute over rank, traffic, or a change of mind will be contested with this policy and the record of your tile being live.

Some countries give consumers a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Where such a right applies to you and cannot be waived, it stands regardless of anything above. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have by law.
